You are handing a contractor your address and your phone number. Here is exactly where both of them go.

1. What lands on our side

Three routes bring us your details: the estimate form, the phone, and photographs you send. Between them we typically finish up with your name, a contact number, an email if you offered one, the property address, whatever you told us about the damage, the pictures themselves, and — for phone enquiries — audio and a typed record of the conversation. Our web host also logs ordinary request data the way every web server does.

2. The phone is answered by software, and it records

Dial the number on this site and an automated voice assistant may take the call instead of a human. It is a machine. Its job is to establish what is damaged, which property, and when you are around, then hand that to the crew. Every call is captured as audio and converted to text. Two reasons: nothing gets garbled on its way to the estimator, and there is a record of what you described if a price is ever queried. Three things you can do about it. Ask for a human — the assistant will arrange a callback. Ask us to wipe the audio — we will, keeping only the written detail required to complete the job. Or skip the phone entirely and use the form, which records nothing but what you type.

3. Why we hang on to it

  • To price the repair and get that price back to you.
  • To schedule a visit and locate the property.
  • To stay in touch about your own job — nothing else.
  • To keep a paper trail of quote and completion, which matters most on insurance work.

4. Where it travels

It reaches the estimator and the crew booked on your property, which is unavoidable. It also passes through the vendors operating our phone line, our automated answering, our web forms and our email — all of them acting under contract to us. That is the whole list. Your information is not merchandise here: it is never traded, leased, or supplied to marketers or data brokers, and nobody outside that list receives it unless a court compels us.

5. Insurance claims

Storm and water work often involves an adjuster. We photograph damage, opened cavities and finished repairs as a matter of routine and we will send that documentation to your carrier or adjuster — but only when you ask us to. We do not talk to an insurer about your property on our own initiative.

6. Tracking on this website: none

The pages you are reading are flat files. On the date shown above there are no cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics package and no session tracking running here. Nothing on this domain follows you anywhere. If that ever changes — a verification tag for search tools, for instance — this section is rewritten first.

7. Retention

Recordings last roughly three months. Written estimates, transcripts and job files stay for several years, since disputes and warranty questions surface long after the dust settles. Dead enquiries are purged once a year. Want your file gone before any of that? Say so and it goes, assuming there is no open invoice or unresolved claim attached.

8. Texting

No marketing texts. Contacting us does not enrol you in any list. A message from the crew will concern your appointment or your wall, and nothing else.

9. Getting your information erased

Call or email and say the word. Give us the number or the street address you used so the right record gets pulled. You may equally ask what is on file, and you will get a straight answer rather than a form to complete.

10. Minors

This business serves property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly retain details belonging to anyone under thirteen. Tell us if that has occurred and the record is destroyed.

11. Amendments

The date at the top marks the most recent revision. This page is rewritten whenever our practice shifts, and whatever appears here is the version in force.
