Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 4, 2026

Browse the site, dial the number, or send a photograph, and these terms apply. Read them once; there is nothing buried in here.

1. The purpose of these pages

They set out how sheetrock and plaster fail on this coast and what putting them right involves. The advice is general because it has to be — no article diagnoses a specific wall. Treat what you read as background, not as an inspection of your property.

2. Prices shown are ranges, not quotes

Figures published on this site come from research into what comparable work costs along the Mississippi coast. They are indicative only. Your number moves with access, ceiling height, how much material is saturated, and what earlier repairs left in the cavity. Supply prices shift as well, so everything shown is subject to change without notice. A firm price is issued in writing once the damage has been seen or photographed.

3. Recorded and automated calls

An automated voice assistant handles some or all incoming calls, and every call is recorded and transcribed. Dialling the number constitutes your agreement to that. A human callback is available on request. Understand also that this is not an emergency line — with water coming through a ceiling, kill the supply and get a plumber; with anyone at risk, call 911.

4. Scheduling

Nothing is booked until both sides have it in writing, whether that is an email, a text or a countersigned estimate. Give us notice if plans change. Storms, an emergency callout, or a cavity that has to finish drying before it can be closed up will occasionally push a date at our end, and you will hear about it the moment we know.

5. Access and site conditions

We need a way in, rooms cleared of anything valuable or fragile, and warning about what sits behind the wall — old wiring, plumbing runs, a prior patch. Floors and furnishings get covered and the site gets cleaned, but sanding produces dust and a room under repair is out of use while the work runs.

6. The boundary of our trade

Walls and ceilings are what we do. Plumbing, wiring, structural carpentry, roof work, the remediation of mould and the removal of asbestos each belong to a separate licensed trade. Where the real problem sits outside our lane we will name it and send you to somebody qualified instead of covering it up.

7. Money and workmanship cover

Payment stages and any workmanship guarantee are stated on your written estimate, and that document prevails over this page wherever the two differ. No warranty is created by anything published on this website.

8. Your photographs

Sending images authorises us to use them for estimating and planning your repair. It grants nothing further. Publishing a before-and-after anywhere requires your explicit permission first, and declining costs you nothing.

9. Outbound links

Certain pages reference external material — codes, manufacturer specifications, public records. Those sites are outside our control and their current contents are not our responsibility.

10. Liability

The website is furnished as-is. Continuous availability and total accuracy are not guaranteed, and acting on a general article here in place of advice about your own building is at your own risk. Nothing stated attempts to exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Governing law

The law of the State of Mississippi governs these terms and any work performed under them.

12. Changes

Revisions get posted here with a fresh date. Continued use of the site after a revision means the newer text binds.

13. Questions

Call and say you want to talk about the terms, or send an email. A person will respond.
